PAYMENT

Methods of payment

infiamme.net accepts the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to make sure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Additionally, we do accept personal checks and money orders. Please call toll-free 888-605-7176 or email us for more information. All money orders and personal check orders will be held 21 days before shipment.

Sales tax

Tax is applied to all shipments to Arizona and Texas. Tax may also be applied to the shipping charges associated with the taxable items in your order.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the tax charged for shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

Please note that our on-screen order totals reflect only an estimated amount for tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have any questions about the taxes on your invoice, please email us.

Pricing

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical/technical error, infiamme.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

Returns, exchanges, and replacements

Unworn or defective merchandise may be returned, along with a corresponding receipt, to in fiamme within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns may not be accepted at a retail location carrying in fiamme apparel.

Exchanges

If you should receive a product in error or receive a product that is not acceptable due to color, style, or fit, in fiamme will gladly exchange/replace your product with merchandise from on-hand inventory. You must return apparel to us in new, unworn, and resellable condition to receive a product exchange or refund.

Returns with an original sales receipt

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or as a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We will only refund shipping charges if you have received an item in error. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be eligible for a return. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns of custom embroidered apparel.

Returns with a return/exchange or gift receipt

Online refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise exchange for the price paid.

Returns without a receipt

Online refunds will defer to account history of and price paid on order number, if provided by customer. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Returning or exchanging items

Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the packing slip and note the reason why on the return form.

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid — we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Send returns to:

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Typically, we ship in-stock merchandise the next business day (with the exception of orders containing customized items). Credit card orders are charged at the time the order is filled. Orders shipped via standard delivery usually arrive in five to seven business days (excluding holidays).

All shipments typically ship via our preferred shipping partners FedEx or UPS. However, we may use USPS as an alternative method of shipping.

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska, P.O. Boxes™, and AP/FPO via USPS®. Please allow for additional delivery time if shipping to these locations.

Express shipping

We offer three express shipping options:

  • Priority overnight (where available)
  • Standard overnight
  • Second day air

Orders placed with express shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) ship next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO or FPO addresses. For all shipments outside of the United States, please contact in fiamme at 888-605-7176 or email us.
